Warehouse Worker

Full time hourly, and Seasonal hourly options

Primary Responsibilities:

Shipping
  • Assemble dock parts to prepare for shipping
  • Package and palletize shipments
  • Ship dock and parcel orders on-time and correctly according to the bill of materials
  • Load skids and boxes for delivery truckers
Warehouse inventory management
  • Organize and counting warehouse inventory
  • Work on projects as assigned by Warehouse Supervisor
  • Maintain a safe working environment
  • Keep tools and equipment in good working order
  • Communicate with the Warehouse Supervisor regarding the inventory, shipping supplies, and issues with products
Coordination with truckers and customers
  • Assist with customer service by preparing shipping documents as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor
  • Assist with product rework as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work safely and comfortably with warehouse materials, construction materials, and shipping materials
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team with a good attitude.
  • Attention to detail with accurate inventory counts and small to medium volume construction and rework projects
  • Ability to lift boxes, pallets, and some heavy inventory.
  • Ability to stay organized and efficient.
  • Proficient in working with standard power tools and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Creative problem-solving with inventory design and production efficiency
  • Forklift experience.
  • Experience with construction, warehouse work, or shipping.
