Shipping Agreement
I agree to the following terms of shipment
My dock shipment will be sent on an oversized pallet. The order is composed of disassembled packages which will be strapped to a pallet.
My dock shipment will require me to be present at the shipping address I provide for delivery.
Delivery will be on a semi-truck, and the address I provide will need to be accessible by semi. Not all terminals have a smaller truck.
Delivery will require me to piece unload the contents of the pallet by hand, and no package is more than 45 pounds. I need to cut the shrink wrap and binding safely in order to take the parts off the pallet myself.
Patriot Docks does not organize the timing of the delivery, but the freight company will call the phone number I provide prior to delivery to set up the delivery scheduling and I can discuss options with them at that time. I may need to meet the delivery driver at an accessible location near my address.

Returning or refusing shipments will result in a restocking fee equal to the shipping cost both ways thus the whole order will not be refunded, according to our shipping policy.
If there are missing items or damaged items I will note that on the trucker’s bill without signing the delivery bill. Signing the paperwork means that my delivery was complete and without damage.
